According to a precisely calculated system, the segments are glued together with a highly adhesive special glue in a multi-step process.

The tube2tube process ensures higher flexibility in frame design and geometric design than in single construction. Thus, we can combine innovative frame design with low weight and high stiffness.

Unsere GHOST-Carbonrahmen werden im Tube2Tube-Verfahren hergestellt.
Diese Technik, die nur wenige Hersteller perfekt beherrschen, ermöglicht es GHOST, das Material genau dort effizient einzusetzen, wo es nötig ist und dort wegzulassen, wo es nicht gebraucht wird. Bei diesem Verfahren werden einzeln vorgefertigte Rahmensegmente, wie zum Beispiel das vordere Rahmendreieck (Monocoque), verbunden.
Our engineers channeled enormous efforts and time into one development goal: to optimize the outstanding characteristics of Carbon even further.
Due to exact analyses and realistic simulations of the forces affecting the frame we were able to improve the efficiency of the fiber orientations in various places, like the bottom bracket and head tube. These innovations enabled us to achieve extremely high stiffness and sturdiness combined with exceptional riding comfort. The results are ultra-light frames which provide a ride that is beyond anything you have ever experienced: shot-like acceleration, outstanding climbing characteristics, and an incredibly smooth ride.
Our GHOST carbon frames are produced in the tube2tube process.
This technology which only a few manufacturers master perfectly, enables GHOST to efficiently use the material wherever it is necessary and to omit it where it is not needed. During this process, we assemble single pre-fabricated frame segments, like the front frame triangle (Monocoque).

 Modular Molding Process, eine absolute Innovation unserer GHOST-Ingenieure. Diese Technik ermöglicht es, durch verschiedene Einsätze, mit einer Mold (Form) drei unterschiedliche Rahmen herzustellen. Somit hat die MMP-Technik enorme Vorteile gegenüber den herkömmlichen Verfahren. Zum einen können innovative Neuerungen beim Design oder der Geometrie sofort auf alle Modelle übertragen werden, zum anderen ist der Produktionsaufwand geringer, was unseren Kunden durch ein gewohnt gutes Preis- /Leistungs- Verhältnis zugute kommt.

MMP: Modular Molding Process is an absolutely ingenious innovation of our GHOST engineers. By using different modules we can manufacture three different frames with one mold. Obviously, the MMP technology offers tremendous advantages compared to the conventional process. It is not only possible to transfer innovations in design and geometry to all models instantly, but we can also reduce production costs, thus offering our customers an unbeatable value for the money.
