In 2012, he took the ”underdog” win at the 4X European Championships and was crowned champion. The following year, Felix and Tomas Slavik became teammates and they have been working together ever since. 4X has always been his main discipline with countless podium finishes around the world and most recently and importantly, the World Champion title in 2017. Felix is now the most successful male athlete in Sweden’s mountain bike history. He’s going to expand his race calendar with a full Enduro series in his homeland along with Crankworx events around the globe.
Felix Beckeman started his career in Sweden at 9 years of age. At that time, mountain bike XCO was his dream. Before he knew it, the mountain bike gravity disciplines slowly took over and pushed XCO away, even though he was a very ”promising" youngster. His Junior years took Felix all around Europe representing the Swedish National Team and in 2008, he won the overall title of the IXS German Downhill Cup. But that was just the start of his professional career.
