Sara Cortinovis back on the Podium in Lenzerheide
The UCI Mountain Bike World Cup returned to Lenzerheide weekend of the 21st of September, and the Ghost Factory Racing Team delivered strong performances across the board – with Sara Cortinovis celebrating her third podium of the season.
Recap of the Elite-Women
Nicole Koller – Fighting for the Podium at Home
Racing on home soil, Nicole Koller thrilled the crowd in the Short Track (XCC). After a powerful sprint for third, she crossed the line in fourth place. Sunday’s Cross-Country (XCO) race was less fortunate, with two mechanicals ending her podium hopes. Still, Koller remains in fourth place overall in the World Cup standings.
Caroline Bohé – Building Momentum
Caroline Bohé showed promising form with a third-row start position in the XCC and finished 24th in the XCO. “Not where I want to be still, but for sure better than many of the last races, so let’s keep the trend!” she said, underlining her steady progress.
Anne Terpstra – A First Step Back
Only weeks after major surgery, Anne Terpstra rejoined the team on course practice. Despite knowing she wasn’t race-ready yet, she lined up in Lenzerheide to test herself and completed several laps. For her, simply being back between the tapes marked an important milestone on the road to recovery.

Sara Cortinovis – Third Podium of the Season
The highlight of the weekend came from Sara Cortinovis. After a challenging XCC, she delivered a composed and powerful performance in Sunday’s XCO, riding consistently at the front and claiming her third podium of the year.
Finja Lipp – Fighting Spirit on Display
After placing 24th in the XCC, Finja Lipp had to dig deep in Sunday’s XCO. A small technical issue forced her to stop on the first lap, leaving her at the very back of the field. In true fighting spirit, she worked her way through the pack and crossed the line in 24th place.
Looking Ahead
With Lenzerheide behind them, the Ghost Factory Racing Team now heads to North America, aiming to close the World Cup season on a high.
