HOW DOES IT WORK?

  1. Select "Click and Collect" as your shipping method in the checkout area.

  2. Use your postcode to select a retailer near you with the help of our retailer search.

  3. Complete your order and select your payment method.

  4. Your order will be processed and you will receive an order confirmation with the details from the retailer.

  5. an email will also be sent to the dealer with the customer and the bike information.

  6. Your Retailer will assemble your bike.

  7. As soon as the dealer is ready, he will contact you. To do this, enter your phone number and email in the checkout.

  8. NOTE: Print out your order confirmation and bring it with you when you collect your bike. Otherwise, bring your order number along with proof of identification.

  9. You can now collect your bike from the shop. If you have any further questions, please contact your dealer or use our service portal.

HOME DELIVERY

HOW DOES IT WORK?

 Currently, deliveries from GHOST Bikes can only be made to addresses in Germany.

  1.  In the check-out process, simply select "Home delivery" and enter your address and contact information.

  2. Complete the order and select your payment method.

  3. Your bike will be fully assembled by us.

After the bike is assembled, we loosen the handlebars again and turn them to the side so that the bike fits into the box. After receiving the bike, you only need to align the handlebars and screw on the pedals (included with every order).

HOME DELIVERY TIMES

Your bike will be delivered to your home by a freight forwarder within 3 - 5 working days of your order.

SHIPPING COSTS HOMEDELIVERY

The shipping costs to your home are 29,99 EUR.

SCOPE OF DELIVERY HOME DELIVERY AND CLICK & COLLECT

Each delivery includes pedals for the first use. For e-bikes, you will also find a charger in your box with every order. Please check directly upon delivery whether all parts have arrived in working order.

RETURNING AN ITEM COLLECTED IN STORE

HOW DOES IT WORK?

  1. Before contacting the store you collected your item(s) from: contact Customer Service via the contact form on the website to notify us of your return. Make sure you do this within 14 days from the collection date of your order. This is to ensure that your refund is issued successfully.

  2. Our customer service team will provide you with a returns number.

  3. Return the bike to the store which you originally collected your item(s ) from.

  4. GHOST will then liaise with our partner dealer who will repackage the product(s). GHOST will also arrange collection from our partner dealer the next working day.

  5. Once the item(s) arrive with GHOST they will be inspected and your refund will be issued within 5 working days.

RETURNING A HOME DELIVERY ITEM

HOW DOES IT WORK?

  1. Contact Customer Service via the contact form on the websiteto notify us of your return. Make sure you do this within 14 days from the delivery date of your order as determined by the courier delivery reports.

  2. Our customer service team will provide you with a returns number and arrange a collection slot.

  3. Securely repackage your item(s) into their original packaging in time for the collection slot. If you are unable to repackage your product into its original packaging there will be a charge (20 Euro for bikes) to supply replacement packaging.

  4. The Courier will collect the item(s) from you. After that it usually takes one working day for the products to be delivered to GHOST.

  5. Once the item(s) arrive with GHOST they will be inspected and your refund will be issued within 5 working days.
