WIN A GHOST Trikot
Participation in the competition requires acceptance of the following conditions of participation. By participating, you recognize the following conditions of participation.
1. PARTICIPATION
To take part in the competition, participants must:
A) Fulfil the conditions stated in the competition TikTok post.
B) Be at least 18 years old and agree to the terms and conditions of this competition.
The competition begins with the publication of the post on 15.06.2024 at 04:00 pm (CET) and ends on 15.07.2024 at 11:59 am (CET). The winner will be notified personally by 20.07.2024 at 23:59 pm (CET).
Participation is free of charge and in no way linked to the purchase of products. Anyone who is 18 years or older is eligible to participate. Employees of GHOST-Bikes GmbH and their immediate family members may not participate.
2. PRIZE AND RAFFLE
The prize:
One GHOST Trikot- chosen by GHOST. Legal recourse and a cash payment as well as the exchange of the prize are excluded.
Prize draw:
The winner will be selected at the video with the most likes and contacted by email directly by GHOST bikes. The selected winner will have 5 days to reply to the email and indicate whether they wish to enter the prize draw. If they do not respond within these 5 days, they will lose the opportunity to claim the prize and a new winner will be selected. The participant is asked to check the spam folder as winning emails may be automatically redirected there.
Responsibility:
GHOST-Bikes is in no way responsible for any accidents or incidents involving the bike. The winner is responsible for the care and use of the mountain bike. In the event of a claim, the winner must contact GHOST-Bikes at myghost@ghost-bikes.de.
3. INFORMATION ACC. ART. 13/14 GDPR
The winner expressly agrees that the organizer may use image material relating to the prize and its implementation for media purposes within its web presences and social media channels. An objection in accordance with Art. 21 GDPR or further assertion of data subject rights can be addressed to the data protection officer (Dipl.-Ing. Lars Ebertz, lars(at)ebertz-datenschutz.de ) of GHOST-Bikes GmbH at any time. Further information on data protection can be found here.
4. PREMATURE CANCELLATION
The organizers reserve the right to terminate or change the competition at any time without prior notice if, for technical reasons (e.g. hardware and software errors, computer viruses or manipulation) or for legal reasons, proper implementation cannot be guaranteed.
5. ORGANIZER

6. TIKTOK/FACEBOOK(META)/INSTAGRAM DISCLAIMER
The competition is in no way connected to TikTok, Facebook and Instagram and is in no way sponsored, supported or organized by them. The sole contact persons and responsible parties are the organizers as listed in point 5.
7. SEVERABILITY CLAUSE
Should any provision of these conditions of participation be or become invalid in whole or in part, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these conditions of participation. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a legally permissible provision that comes closest to the economic intent and purpose expressed in the invalid provision. The same applies in the event of a loophole in these conditions of participation.
